The heating worked fairly well.

The heating worked fairly well. The sheets looked clean. Wi-Fi without issues.

The hotel promises way more than it delivers. It says it has "24h room service". It has snacks you can buy at the reception desk. The hotel sends an image of having a restaurant, but you get frozen food (exclusively on business hours). The breakfast was cold, with old-looking cheese, which we avoided, the juice tasted like Kool-Aid. One of our criteria for picking the hotel was the transfer from the airport, which is paid for apart from the daily fee. Our transfer never arrived and no one could inform us on why or how. We waited for over an hour, but were thankful, because we later found out the price is double from a regular cab or Uber. The premises have no elevator, which is a problem if you have mobility issues (our case) or large bags. The bathroom lights turn off for no reason and the water is cold.

Great breakfast with fruit, cereal, bread and spreads, and excellent waffles. You can order eggs extra as well. Comfy bed, clean room, all you need. Staff very helpful and kind. Great location near patio bellavista, with lots of restaurants, nightlife, and places to go out

Sound of the phone and doorbell ringing can be heard quite loudly in the room I was in - the only thing that detracted from the comfort.

friendly staff, different languages is not a barrier. transfer from the airport been offered. superb place in the center of the city, close to the hill, local market and bars/cafes

wi-fi didn't work at that moment. sorry, but it is difficult to say this is 3 star hotel: no fridge in the room, tv is small, dusty, lamps are broken. bathroom is really poor.

Staff were very accommodating and polite.

Staff were very accommodating and polite. There was a included breakfast with good coffee. Room was clean and tidy and cleaner comes daily. The bed was comfortable.

It can get get quite loud at night which is expected in a city, so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The floorboards are creeky and there are guard dogs across the street who are sensitive to passers by at night.

A weekend to remember

The location was pure amazing! And the staff went above the normal hotel customer service! Beds were comfortable. Again... the staff AMAZING

The room didn’t have air conditioning, so during the summer I would imagine it being super hot on the 3rd floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel is perfect. Close to bars, restaurants, hop-on hop-off stop etc. Breakfast was also good.

It is not a renovated building, so no noise-proof, you can hear the neighbours a bit. For us it was not a big problem, because we were anyway very tired after walking around in the city the whole day, just mentioning. The bathroom could be cleaner.

Will be coming back

This little boutique hotel is just off the main strip of Bellavista which makes it far enough to be able to sleep at night. The room was light filed and big with exceptionally comfortable sheets and bed. The bathroom and shower worked well. The whole hotel has a lovely feel to it and the staff could not do more to help 24 hours a day.

Breakfast - the bread was stale and the first set of watermelon offered was off but the second plate was fresh. Waffles were a nice surprise though.

Desayuno y ubicación bien

La habitación muy pequeña y sucia, además algunas cosas estaban en mal estado. Solicité estacionamiento y me lo confirmaron pero al llegar al hotel no estaba disponible.

... La decoración del lugar...

El tema de la plata fue desagradable, cuando llegue me cobraron 4.000 pesos luego pedí cambio de pieza porque no me entregaron la que ofrecían en la reserva y tuve que pagar 6.500 pesos mas, y luego cuando ya me retiraba el recepcionista me volvió a cobrar los 6.500 porque según el no se acordaba que yo ya los había pagado

No tenían televisión siendo que decía que si El desayuno pésimo deberían coordinar mejor para dar una atención un poco mejor La iluminación de las habitaciones muy pésima No es necesario dar grandes lujos para que un local sea bueno,basta con una buena atención y pequeños detalles como un buen desayuno y no hablo de contundencia si no que de rapidez se enfrió el café hay que esperar que el recepcionista corte la fruta

La habitación era confortable, la cama era cómoda y el baño limpio y con amenidades.

La habitación no tenía aislación, se escuchaba el ruido ambiente del exterior y el sonido del citófono en recepción. El descanso no fue pleno.

Habían detalles del inmobiliario de la habitación que no me gustaron y que pueden mejorar, el mueble, velador, eran de un tupo de acabado básica, falto quizás pintar, para que tuviese una apariencia más amigable a la vista
